We want you to feel your best with Instant Hydration; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your electrolyte packets within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened boxes or bags with the original seal intact.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unopened electrolyte packets in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
